Who We Are:

Tiltify is a charity fundraising platform that specializes in social and livestream fundraising. Tiltify’s tools enable innovative fundraising interactions, ranging from polls to rewards and challenges, that maximize both the fundraising experience and increase donations.

Tiltify is currently used by over 3,000 global charities that include St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Save the Children, Direct Relief, American Red Cross, United Way. We have built a strong relationship, not only with our charities, but with our community. Tiltify is used in conjunction with top streaming platforms including Twitch, YouTube & Tiktok, and can be integrated by almost any livestream and event broadcast partner.

We have been fortunate to help our community raise over $100 Million for charitable causes and are looking to grow our family as we take Tiltify to the next level.

Who We’re Seeking:

A process driven, detail-oriented Director of Operations to work closely with the CEO to accomplish their role objectives.

Objectives of this Role

  • Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Defining, implementing and revising operational policies and guidelines for the business operations of the organization
  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Uphold organization policies and standards
  • Working with the human resources department to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs
  • Working with the human resources department to develop and implement staff evaluation parameters
  • Liaising with departmental heads to develop financial plans and ensure company-wide operational compliance
  • Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
  • Strong negotiation skills in both internal and external settings
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proven knowledge of performance evaluation metrics in a business setting
  • First-class people skills
  • Knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, marketing, and employee management in order to effectively coordinate with other departments to accomplish tasks.
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Experience with budget and business plan development
  • No task too small attitude

Compensation & Hours:

This is a full-time overtime exempt position. Salary package includes health, dental and vision benefits, additional Life and ADD benefits available. Great PTO policies. Base Salary Range: $120k-$140k DOE plus bonus.

Location: Local to Los Angeles, CA or willing to relocate.
