The Opportunity:
We are looking for a talented and driven undergraduate student to join our Partnerships team as a Sales and Operations Intern for Fall 2023 with an opportunity to extend. This go-getter will be responsible for thinking creatively about how to engage charity partners and drive new revenue while contributing to growth and development goals.
This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, make a tangible social impact and gain exposure and experience across a wide array of responsibilities - from how we prospect and partner with charities, to campaign ideation and creation - all at the forefront of the digital fundraising landscape.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Understand Tiltify’s brand voice and assist with account-based marketing and demand generation-related marketing needs to drive brand awareness, generate a partnership pipeline, and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Projects will range from administrative-related database tasks to campaign coordination and analysis. You will see the ins and outs of campaign creation, team processes, and analyzing results.
- Learn our CRM system, and gain experience maintaining an updated database to generate new leads
- Prepare internal reports and presentations to share campaign effectiveness
- Other responsibilities consistent with sales and operations, including drafting and editing new sales materials
Skills and Qualifications
- Currently enrolled full-time or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to participate in a part-time internship
- Interest in social impact, business strategy, and technology, through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience
- Understanding of traditional charity fundraising methods including run/walks, cycling events, and DIY fundraising methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for new knowledge and ability to absorb concepts quickly
- Ability to work remotely and self-motivate
- Motivated to make a big impact on the partnerships team and the wider business
- Strong academic achievement and past corporate experience are a plus
